Our process is designed to move clients from introduction to implementation within roughly 60 days.

2. Onboarding

Once we decide to move forward together, we will complete the onboarding process, including client paperwork, account setup, and a personalized risk assessment.

3. Discovery & Information Gathering

We take a deeper look at your financial picture, including assets, income, investments, cash flow, and long-term goals. You’ll receive guidance on the documents and information needed to begin building your plan.

4. Current Financial Analysis

Before making recommendations, we evaluate your current financial structure, investment strategy, cash flow, and existing planning approach to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

5. Strategy & Planning

We develop personalized financial strategies tailored to your unique circumstances and priorities. Depending on your needs, this may include retirement planning, investment strategy, divorce or widowhood planning, tax considerations, and cash flow analysis.

6. Plan Presentation

We walk through your financial plan together, discussing recommendations, priorities, and next steps. Our goal is to provide clarity, answer questions thoughtfully, and help you feel confident moving forward.

7. Implementation

Once decisions are made, we help implement the agreed-upon strategies — including account setup or transfers, investment management, income planning, and coordination with other professionals when appropriate.
